Zeek Shop Account
If you can't find your credit here on Zeek Marketplace, you may find it in your Zeek Shop account. Our Zeek Shop is totally separate from Zeek Marketplace, and you require a different account for each. Please check your respective accounts and you should find your credit there waiting for you.
It may be that your credit has expired. Any credit obtained through Zeek Choice or Preload is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please note that any Zeek credit manually added by a customer support agent expires after 90 days.
