You may have mistakenly switched on the 'used' button found on the gift card, which resulted in the balance display changing to £0.
This feature helps you manage your purchases, and mark the gift card as 'used' once they have been redeemed. If you only partially redeemed the gift card you can also edit its balance by clicking the pencil icon.
After you mark the gift cards as redeemed, you can toggle between 'used' and 'unused' to hide or show your used gift cards.
Alternatively, you may have accidentally opened multiple accounts and your gift card may be in a different account. If this is the case, please reach out to us and an agent will be happy to assist in merging your accounts.
Zeek Shop Account
If you can't find your gift card here on Zeek Marketplace, you may find it in your Zeek Shop wallet. Our Zeek Shop is totally separate from Zeek Marketplace, and you require a different account for each. Please check your respective accounts and you should find your gift card there waiting for you.
