- The brand, serial number and value of the problematic gift card.
- The date and time you tried to redeem the gift card.
- A screenshot of the message you received while trying to redeem the gift card.
- If you tried to redeem the gift card instore, please also include:
- An image of the decline slip
- The address of the location at which you tried to redeem the gift card.
