There are two reasons why you may not have received your gift card.
The first, you may have accidentally opened another Zeek account and the gift card was delivered there. To merge your accounts, please contact our support team here.
Second, Zeek has strict anti-fraud checks in place to ensure a secure experience for both buyers and sellers. As part of this procedure, we have a secondary email verification process wherein we ask you to confirm your order by emailing our support team.

In order to review and process your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll unlock the order as quickly as possible. Please note that email verification may take 12-24 hours, but is usually processed within a few hours.
If you do not contact our support team within 6 days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
